My Story

From Burnout to Wholeness

My path to holistic wellness began not in a classroom, but in a moment of personal crisis. Years of pushing through stress, ignoring my body's signals, and prioritizing productivity over presence left me depleted in ways I didn't have words for.

It was through energy healing, mindfulness, and a complete reimagining of how I nourished myself that I found my way back. That journey — slow, nonlinear, and profoundly transformative — became the foundation of my practice.

Today, I walk alongside others on their own journeys. Not as someone who has all the answers, but as someone who has done the work and knows how to hold space for yours.

My Philosophy

Healing Is Not Linear

You are not broken. You are a whole person navigating a complex world — and you deserve support that honors that complexity.

I don't believe in one-size-fits-all wellness. Your body, your history, your nervous system, your dreams — they are uniquely yours. My work is to listen deeply, hold space generously, and offer tools that actually fit your life.

I also believe that healing happens in relationship. The trust we build together — the safety to be honest, to be messy, to be exactly where you are — is itself therapeutic.
